The Third Teacher is a group of architects specialized in educational design, dedicated to planning and transforming indoor and outdoor spaces for primary and secondary schools throughout Hong Kong. From STEM rooms and libraries to entrance halls and school history galleries, we collaborate with teachers and students to co-create designs that explore new possibilities for teaching and learning, and help enhance students\' interest in various subjects. Responsibilities:

• To prepare design proposals and presentation including Concept Design, 3D rendering, tender and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Residential, F&B, Office, and Retail design
• To lead a team and prepare the scope of work and set a timeline for the team.
• Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
• Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
• To assist Superior to prepare design-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design, architecture, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Preferably Senior designer specialising in the residential interior design industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Enscape, MS Office, Power Point.
• Be able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing.
• Open-minded with high level of aesthetic flair and passion
• Be able to speak in English, Cantonese is a bonus.

Office Locations: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
