We are a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency, our headquarter is in Hong Kong with branches & teammates in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK & Australia. Providing 10+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, our aim is to perform high-quality professional service to support global clients develop new markets in Malaysia & Asia Pacific. Responsibilities:

• To prepare design proposals and presentation including Concept Design, 3D rendering, tender and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Residential, F&B, Office, and Retail design
• To lead a team and prepare the scope of work and set a timeline for the team.
• Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
• Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
• To assist Superior to prepare design-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design, architecture, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Preferably Senior designer specialising in the residential interior design industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Enscape, MS Office, Power Point.
• Be able to handle full set of construction drawings with practical detailing.
• Open-minded with high level of aesthetic flair and passion
• Be able to speak in English, Cantonese is a bonus.

Office Locations: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
