Job Description

Join our top interior design firm as a Senior Interior Designer! We seek candidates with 3-5 years of experience to assist with projects.

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, InteriCAD or relavant 3D softwares.
• Good attitude and willing to learn.
• Salary with commission
• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
• Understand client design preferences, and requirements.
• Provide consultation & generate quotations to clients.
• Propose and create creative designs that align with the customer space planning.
• Coordinate site measurement & prepare design files for production.
• Follow up order progress, and plan renovation/installation date.
• Carrying out ad-hoc duties assigned by management
• Assist director

Responsibilities

• Familiar with interior design software and tools. (e.g., SketchUp, CAD, AiHouse, AutoCAD)
• Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.
• Candidates with related experience/ background will be prioritized
• Possess own transport & willing to do traveling.
• Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
