Responsibilities

Design Work:

Prepare, present and modify design drawings and proposals based on client requirements. Manage all aspects of the design process, including space planning, conceptual design, mood boards, 3D renderings and detailed technical drawings. Verify and ensure all design drawings meet specifications before submitting to the Managing Director for review and approval. Coordinate closely with the project manager to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Performance Management:

Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance. Prepare and submit performance management reports to Managing Director. Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report. Able to multitask and work under tight timeline.
Quality Management System:

Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures. Implement improvement in Design department. Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties' requirements. Ensure proper document and record keeping in Design department.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
Experience

At least 4-5 years of experience in Interior Design
Skill

Auto-cad software. Design software (mainly Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop) Communication. Problem solving. Basic understanding of renovation procedures and materials. Statistical analysis. Customer focus. Organizing and time management. Collaboration and team work.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
