Lead the full interior design process from concept development to project completion
Create innovative design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections
Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, specifications, and design presentations
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design progress
Review, guide, and approve design work produced by junior designers and drafters
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum
5 years
of experience in residential or commercial interior design
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, Photoshop
, or equivalent design software
Strong design sensibility with excellent material, colour, and detail coordination skills
Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Portfolio submission is required
