We are a leading interior design company looking for an experienced interior designer to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for staying updated on design trends,

creating innovative design concepts for both commercial and residential projects,

and delivering exceptional design solutions that cater to our clients' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date on design trends, products, and materials, and incorporate them into your design concepts Develop creative design concepts for commercial and residential spaces Provide full design consultation service to the clients, work closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement. Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and renderings to communicate design concepts Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting To plan, collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, project team, meetings with the client to ensure high-quality outputs and to ensure design concepts are accurately executed Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design Assure the timely and cost-effective delivery and completion of a project. Visit after the project accomplishes to ensure that the client is satisfied

Skills & Requirements

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Interior Design

or equivalent. Required skill(s):

3Ds Max

(Preferable), MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software. Good attitude and willing to learn. Responsible and passionate about interior design Independent and responsible with excellent

communication skills

Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application. Knowledge in prepare drawings

2D &3D perspective

. Minimum 3 years working experience required.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials. Previous experience in overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously. Understanding of various design styles and their application in different contexts. Experience in conducting on-site visits and measurements.
