Requirements

• A Degree or certification in interior design or a related field with a portfolio highlighting your best work.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• 3-5 Years experience in handle Residential project.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Interior Design Software.
• Strong spatial awareness and understanding of color theory.
• Knowledge of materials used in kitchen cabinet and wardrobe construction.
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Onsite position in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen, cabinet, and wardrobe designs.
• Develop detailed design plans and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and other interior design software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including site measurements, installation supervision, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to present design proposals, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and wardrobe design, materials, and technology.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards in all designs.
