Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Interior Designer

with strong

technical production knowledge

to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone who is not only creatively driven but also technically proficient in turning design concepts into buildable solutions.

You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution -- including drafting layouts, creating 3D renderings, developing mood boards, preparing material specifications, and collaborating with clients and suppliers. You will also attend site visits, project briefings, and client presentations, ensuring design excellence throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits, attend project pitchings, and take design briefs from clients or stakeholders. Prepare and draft

layout plans

,

elevations

, and

detailed drawings

in AutoCAD according to project requirements. Develop compelling

3D visualizations

using

SketchUp

and

V-Ray

, supported by mood boards and design decks for client presentations. Create and update

material specification lists

, and assemble material/sample boards in line with design concepts and project budget. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical feasibility and smooth execution. Present design concepts professionally and clearly during client meetings. Ensure all design work is aligned with project timelines and quality expectations. Work efficiently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a design team and with cross-functional departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

5 years

of relevant working experience in interior/spatial design or architectural drafting. Proficient in:

AutoCAD

(2D drafting)

SketchUp

with

V-Ray

(3D modelling and rendering)

Adobe Photoshop

(for presentations and mood boards) Strong understanding of

technical drawings

,

material applications

, and

site coordination

. Able to translate creative concepts into buildable, realistic outputs. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and drawing accuracy. Professional communication and presentation skills.
