Job Description

Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space Under direct supervision, may complete design assignments of limited complexity Mentoring and coaching staff for growth Managing existing client relationships and develop new project opportunities Providing consistent and timely communication of project information with clients and project team Assisting preparation of project proposals with leadership Basic understanding of the purpose and use of vendor documents Limited familiarity with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline Assisting with maintaining resource library vendor contacts and relevant content with staff Identifies and directs project photography, written descriptions, and other media in support of building the firm's portfolio

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
