Be part of our Audit Team As a Senior Internal Auditor, you\'ll be responsible for conducting financial and process audits across all Baker Hughes Global business. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for: Performing financial and internal control audits worldwide within project timeline Understanding and applying audit and accounting approaches, theories, methodologies, and application relevant to our dynamic organization. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders on audit findings and provide audit recommendations Preparing quality work papers that adequately supports audit findings and draft audit reports for Supervisor/Manager review and Director issuance Promoting effective solutions throughout the organization to close gaps of any control weaknesses or inefficiencies Contributing to project as a team member including coaching others on an as-need basis Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor\'s of Accounting, Finance or other business-related field Have minimum 4 years of relevant External/Internal audit experience (multicultural or international settings will be an added advantage) Have ability to commit to global travel of 40 to 50% Have extensive financial and controls background including planning, devising test procedures, sampling method and testing Have extensive technical, analytical, administrative, and decision-making skills Have extensive interest in global operational and financial processes, and financial compliance Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
