JOB SCOPE \xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits based on company policy and standards \xc2\xb7 Provide assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control systems to manage critical business and operational risks \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with the standard operating policies and procedures, quality management systems and laws and regulations \xc2\xb7 To ensure implementation and establish of Quality Management System such as Code of Agricultural Practice (MPOB), MSPO is function effectively for estates. \xc2\xb7 Provide consultancy and advisory to estates for improvements in business processes, internal controls and operational efficiencies \xc2\xb7 To produce the assessment report for the corrective action \xc2\xb7 Assist operation on the non-conformance issues raised by external audit parties \xc2\xb7 Develop the training plan for the operation related to the sustainability program \xc2\xb7 Assist and advice estates on the sustainability best practices \xc2\xb7 To carry out special review, investigations and other ad hoc assignments, as and when required REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agriculture Science or its equivalent \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the area of external/internal audits or related fields \xc2\xb7 Relevant audit experience in agriculture or the planation industry will be added advantage \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in using drones is an added advantage \xc2\xb7 Ability to assess and evaluate risk and recommend solutions \xc2\xb7 Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint \xc2\xb7 Good report writing skills and able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Able to deal employees from various levels \xc2\xb7 Respectful, professional and with positive attitude \xc2\xb7 Willing to travel outstation Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
