Summary

As a Senior Auditor, will assist PPG\xe2\x80\x99s Internal Audit efforts in the Asia Pacific region, reporting to Audit Supervisor - Corporate Audit Services. You will drive productivity of audit department, contribute ensuring quality and audit deliverables, and deliver value add audit expertise. You will be responsible for effective execution of wide range of audit projects by develop the initial audit plan and assumes full on-the-job responsibility for satisfactory completion of assigned audit tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in risk assessment, planning, fieldwork and performing direct audit procedures as part of an engagement team. Evaluate significant issues and identify further testing or compensating controls, ensuring quality work papers, completion of the audit plan scope, completion of a quality site report by the end of fieldwork, consistency of issues across audits, and effective communication with business management about the audit.

Develop initial audit plan and assume full on-the-job responsibility for satisfactory completion of assigned audit tasks, including SOX review.

Contribute to the completion of internal audits performed in the Asia Pacific region. This will include directly participating in risk assessment, planning, fieldwork and performing direct audit procedures as part of an engagement team.

Assist audit teams to evaluate issues and identify further testing or compensating controls, ensure quality work papers, completion of the audit plan scope, completion of a quality site report by the end of fieldwork, consistency of issues across audits; and with business management about the audit.

Support regional project work accordingly.

Qualifications

University degree in Business/Finance.

Five years of external and internal auditing, accounting, or related business experience (in auduting, accounting or related business experience)

Foreign language skills, and professional certification (CISA, CFE, CPA) can be considered

Travelling to Asia Pacific countries is required.
