Job Description


: Establish appropriate internal controls to ensure global tax compliance Monitoring internal business units to comply with SOX requirement Preparing / assisting / monitoring tax working papers that support the company\'s quarterly/year-end tax provision process on timely basis Preparing / assisting / monitoring international corporate tax compliance (direct tax and indirect tax), and process improvement initiatives Managing various tax reporting, tax compliance and project related deadlines Understanding and assessing and sharing the impact of worldwide taxation developments and their impact on the company and business units Managing, providing support, analysis and reporting for taxation audits and special projects (including but not limit to system invention projects) Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients, providing a high level of client service Supervising and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop and grow in their roles Job Requirements: University degree in Accounting or Taxation, with around 5 years of tax experience Strong analytical and quantitative skills Demonstrated ability to solve/research problems both independently and collaboratively Detail and deadline oriented Advanced skills in Excel Self-starter with excellent accounting, analytical, creative problem-solving and project management skills Enthusiastic to learn from and work with other team members Contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity and accountability
