If you have spent the last 10,000 hours programming in a specific genre, this job may be perfect for you! As a Senior IT Developer, you will ensure that technical documents such as programme specifications, procedures, user manuals, test plan, migration plan and checklist are up-to-date and composed accordingly. Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with are:
- Identifying and analysing system or application problems.
- Tracking the resolution of any system or application problems.
- Assisting in user acceptance testing, training and roll out of software and applications development.
- Assisting in extraction of information and reporting activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information or equivalent.
- Certification in ISTQB Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years related experience i.e. in UNIX platforms, programming language like JAVA will be advantageous and Oracle development tools.
- Knowledge of SQL databases preferably Oracle and SQL.
- Creative and result oriented, excellent communication, writing and analytical thinking skills.
- Preferable \xe2\x80\x93 IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
