to join our global IT Operations team. In this role, you will manage and support enterprise IT systems across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud, and virtualization platforms.
You will be responsible for
Tier 3 support
, tenant administration, and infrastructure optimization while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. The role involves cross-team collaboration, automation, and technical leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
Tier 3 technical support
for enterprise systems and applications.
Manage and maintain the overall
Microsoft 365 tenant
(Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune).
Administer
Active Directory
and
Azure AD
(user provisioning, group policies, MFA, SSO, conditional access).
Oversee
endpoint management
using Intune, Jamf, and Endpoint Central.
Configure and support
Exchange mail flow, retention policies, and hybrid setups
.
Implement and monitor
compliance, security, and governance policies
(DLP, audit logging, eDiscovery).
Manage and support
VMware/vSphere, Windows & Linux servers
, and storage environments (SAN/NAS).
Provide technical leadership on IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, enterprise rollouts, and upgrades).
Automate processes using
PowerShell, Bash, or scripting tools
for efficiency and reporting.
Document procedures, create knowledge articles, and deliver
training to IT staff and end-users
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
compliance, incident resolution, and system optimization
.
Participate in on-call support and respond to escalated technical issues.

Requirements
Malaysian citizenship is mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years' experience
in enterprise IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments.
Hands-on experience with
Active Directory, cloud identity, and hybrid setups
.
Strong knowledge of
VMware, server administration, and endpoint management tools
.
Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting and automation
.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve
complex Tier 3 issues
.
Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
