Job Description

1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

Manage and maintain servers, network devices, and storage systems. Ensure system performance, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.

2. Network Administration

Administer and troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure high availability and security of network infrastructure.

3. Website Maintenance & Management

Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and functionality. Monitor website performance, uptime, and security. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement new features and updates. Optimize website for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and user experience. Manage hosting, domain, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).

4. Technical & Application Support

Provide support for hardware, software, and enterprise applications. Assist users with system access, configurations, and troubleshooting.

5. Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.

6. Project Management

Lead IT and digital projects from planning to execution. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet project goals.

7. User Support & Training

Provide technical support and training to staff. Develop user guides and conduct onboarding sessions.

8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems and digital platforms.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
