Job description Manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network systems. Administer firewalls, routing, switching, and network security. Oversee Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, SAN/NAS, backups, and DR. Support Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS (if applicable), and cloud security. Monitor cybersecurity alerts, EDR, antivirus, and implement hardening measures. Provide Level 2/3 support and handle technical escalations. Lead infrastructure projects and prepare technical documentation. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, IT policies, and audit requirements.
Requirements Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of server, network, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies. Hands-on experience with firewalls (FortiGate/Dell/H3C/Brocade) is an advantage. Good problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
