To monitor, review and improve the team knowledge and performance. . Responsible for IT operations of network maintenance, database administration, application software, office personal computers & peripherals, managing users\' access for the company computerized systems, perform and verify backup of all servers, maintenance and oversee entire IT infrastructures. . To source, compare and recommend IT equipment or services require. . To manage and follow up with supplier on the purchases, installation and services require. . To provide prompt end-user support, troubleshoot problems and update to the helpdesk ticketing system. . To manage and monitor the support team to ensure timely solutions providing to the users. . To ensure all company\'s IT Policies are strictly adhered to guideline by maintain and overall management style that follows company best practices. . Providing leadership and directions to subordinates by providing guidance and establish SOP. . Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. . Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing, and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality. . Lead and support IT implementation of new project/system and conduct IT training when required. . Experience in ERP system is mandatory . Involvement in IT Budget preparation and software audit . Website maintenance . To manage and improve company business systems to ensure business continuity and zero downtime for smooth and effective operation . To manage, monitor and enhance business system based on request from various departments/ users . To manage staff to develop, design and implement new module for all business system and requirements. Requirements: . Must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences. . Required skill(s): Communication (both written and verbal), Time management, Problem solving . Strong analytical, troubleshooting & leadership skills. . Able to take the leading role . Familiar in VMWare, Windows Server & MS Office 365 administration tasks. . Helpful personality, positive work attitude, and customer oriented. . Required Skill(s): Alibaba Cloud Server, VMware Server Engineer, O365 (email, share Point, Team and etc), Windows Server AD, Networking, Firewall, Core Switch, Manage switch, Aruba Controller, Sans Storage, DNS, DHCP Skill Set. . Able to work independently. . Able to take initiative to resolve problems. . Able to work outside of standard working hours when needed. .
