  • Provide and manage ICT service improvement projects, particularly user workspace modernization and workforce collaboration.
  • Provide, review, and analyse budget administration services for the division, including preparing for the budget cycle, tracking CAPEX/OPEX spend, and budget optimization across the division.
  • Provide service quality improvements pro-actively, and to identify more economical ways of providing a service where possible.
  • Provide customization of user experience where applicable to enhance user productivity and how technology and tools best-fit user needs.
  • Provide assistance in the definition and assessment of the people, process, and technology required to support new ICT capabilities to support the department\'s aspiration to be a top-quartile service organisation.
  • Assist section head in standardizing ICT services and offerings across SEB.
  • Coach younger peers in the team, and the whole division in general.
  • Participate actively in Performance Management Excellence, Digitalization, and Commercial Excellence.
SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:
  • Keeping up to date with end-user technologies and products deployed in SEB. This includes monitoring the ICT space for sunrise/sunset technology, and how this impacts SEB\'s ICT landscape and integration into the overall Digital Operations architecture blueprint.
  • Scan the latest digital environment and keeping pace with the dynamic developments in the IT industry and to ensure that new and useful information about the IT environment is communicated to all customers.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant working experience in end user and IT support, or related areas with at least 2 years of administrative responsibilities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Proficient in network management skills, especially monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration.
  • Technical skills in designing, planning, and deploying LAN and WAN network functions including switches, routers, VPN, wireless, NMS network security, etc.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of ICT architecture concepts and development approaches.
