\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for ICT Infrastructure projects by ensuring the project requirements are delivered and completed on time, within the budgeted and agreed scopes.
\xe2\x96\xaa Plan, coordinate and monitor works executed from various parties involved in the delivery of ICT Infrastructures such as Fiber Optic, OTN/SDH, L2/L3 routing and switching, security, wireless, VOIP, hypervisor, cloud, storage, backup and other relevant projects. The task includes managing internal teams, third party vendors, and relevant parties.
\xe2\x96\xaa Execute, accomplish, and assure successful implementation of the ICT Infrastructure Projects which include but are not limited to scoping studies, procurement, work breakdown structure, scheduling, costing, project progress updates, handover, documentations, and any additional task that assigned by the unit manager or division head when required.
\xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with internal ICT Operation staff to ensure smooth transitioning of services from projects to operation by proper knowledge transfer and handover.
\xe2\x96\xaa Collaborate with key stakeholders on ICT Infrastructure Projects related services by providing accurate information and timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring desired results and objectives are achieved within the most efficient way possible while meeting stakeholder\'s expectations.
\xe2\x96\xaa Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to junior project manager in driving departmental success.QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
\xe2\x96\xaa Bachelor\'s degree in Computer/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering is preferred, other disciplines will be considered.
\xe2\x96\xaa Minimum of 8 - 10 years of working experience in the delivery of ICT infrastructure projects in fiber optic, OTN/DWDM and network infrastructure.SKILLS:
\xe2\x96\xaa Ability to work under pressure while able to deliver satisfying results.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good knowledge and understanding of business and ICT Technology (Fiber Optic and Telecommunications Technology).
\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge in server and network design architecture and administration (e.g. LAN, WAN, ISP, DC, Cloud, Virtualization, etc.).
\xe2\x96\xaa Good multi-tasking skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
\xe2\x96\xaa Knowledge in Information Governance (IG) and ISO 27001 standard, policies, and procedures.LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:
