Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the pre-sales and post-sales support, implementation and continual maintenance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT system. Maintain and administer firewall, router, switches, server, computer, cctv, networks, backup and related computing environment including Windows OS, system software, application software and all configurations. :

• Identify, plan & perform vulnerability assessment and report for applications, network & server
• Analyze the risks, Malware and threats, and propose mitigation plan
• Participate in IT security project and initiative
• To provide excellent ICT Support to internal and external customers in ICT infrastructure including servers, nas, cloud, firewall, and related hardware, systems and networking.
• To implement company\xe2\x80\x99s ICT policy and Guide.
• To contribute the company\xe2\x80\x99s target by developing external clients business through group effort.
• To ensure effective follow-up, monitor and resolving client support issues.
• To maintain proper, timely and accurate support documentation.
• To maintain all application tools to ensure effective delivery of services.
• To be proactive and innovative in providing support and solution to deliver good experience to clients and achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s goal.
• To ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s resources are well utilized and managed for productivity and returns.
• To perform any other duties that the Management may assign to you from time to time.
• To consistently promote and practice company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.
• Provide regular status reporting to IT Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in related field
• Able to perform independently IT server, nas, cloud, workstation, cctv, and infrastructure management such as LAN, WAN, Desktop, Windows and Antivirus
• Experience with front line support
• Good written and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
