Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To monitor, review and improve the team knowledge and performance.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for IT operations of network maintenance, database administration, application software, office personal computers & peripherals, managing users\' access for the company computerized systems, perform and verify backup of all servers, maintenance and oversee entire IT infrastructures.
\xc2\xb7 To source, compare and recommend IT equipment or services require.
\xc2\xb7 To manage and follow up with supplier on the purchases, installation and services require.
\xc2\xb7 To provide prompt end-user support, troubleshoot problems and update to the helpdesk ticketing system.
\xc2\xb7 To manage and monitor the support team to ensure timely solutions providing to the users.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure all company\'s IT Policies are strictly adhered to guideline by maintain and overall management style that follows company best practices.
\xc2\xb7 Providing leadership and directions to subordinates by providing guidance and establish SOP.
\xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing, and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
\xc2\xb7 Lead and support IT implementation of new project/system and conduct IT training when required.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in ERP system is mandatory
\xc2\xb7 Involvement in IT Budget preparation and software audit
\xc2\xb7 Website maintenance
\xc2\xb7 To manage and improve company business systems to ensure business continuity and zero downtime for smooth and effective operation
\xc2\xb7 To manage, monitor and enhance business system based on request from various departments/ users
\xc2\xb7 To manage staff to develop, design and implement new module for all business system and requirements.
Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences.
\xc2\xb7 Required skill(s): Communication (both written and verbal), Time management, Problem solving
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, troubleshooting & leadership skills.
\xc2\xb7 Able to take the leading role
\xc2\xb7 Familiar in VMWare, Windows Server & MS Office 365 administration tasks.
\xc2\xb7 Helpful personality, positive work attitude, and customer oriented.
\xc2\xb7 Required Skill(s): Alibaba Cloud Server, VMware Server Engineer, O365 (email, share Point, Team and etc), Windows Server AD, Networking, Firewall, Core Switch, Manage switch, Aruba Controller, Sans Storage, DNS, DHCP Skill Set.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently.
\xc2\xb7 Able to take initiative to resolve problems.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work outside of standard working hours when needed.
\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel when required
