Opportunity for a Mandarin speaking professional to join a global leading solar manufacturing company as Senior IT Manager.

Please note : this role will be based in Bintulu, relocation is required.



Title : Information Technology Manager

Work Location : Bintulu, Sarawak

Reporting to : Plant General Manager at Bintulu

Responsibilities & Job Scope:

\xc2\xb7 To lead and manage an Information Technology (IT) team in overseeing the Information Systems Planning, Design & Implementation to support the production lines.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate, manage and motivate department to meet schedules and goals.

\xc2\xb7 Provide recommendation on policies/ infrastructure improvements.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare annual IT Budget.

\xc2\xb7 Define Policies, Procedures and Work instructions in support of the business objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Manage and supervise an IT team in providing the necessary IT systems, infrastructure and resources for the continuous operation and improvement of the business and manufacturing services.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct and identify potential IT risk assessment and prepare containment and corrective measures as contingency plan, to govern any breach of security policies or disaster.

\xc2\xb7 Work with other functional heads to define systems and solutions to business issues and problems.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Information System (IS)/Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 IT foundry business process knowledge.

\xc2\xb7 Project Management to schedule all assignments

\xc2\xb7 Vendor Management to achieve objective set.

\xc2\xb7 Able to communicate with all levels in the organization.

Additional Information:

\xc2\xb7 Work mode - must be onsite

\xc2\xb7 Must know Chinese in speaking, writing & reading

\xc2\xb7 Total 9 of subordinates
