Senior IT Network Engineer
Penang
*Salary RM 7,000 - RM 9,000*

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of practical network development experience on a sophisticated network; professional certification (CCNA, CCNP); diploma in IT, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate and work with teams to overcome challenges
• Capability to adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
• Capability to work in a team and independently with little supervision
• Experience in identifying and resolving computer and server hardware
• Experience with networking protocols
• Experience in project leadership and management

Responsibilities:

• In charge of establishing, sustaining, and preserving an organization's communication network.
• Quickly identifying and fixing network-related problems.
• Preserve the data centre networks' high performance and availability.
• Assist with the planning, creation, and deployment of the necessary network solutions and cabling infrastructure.
• Assist in the collaborative identification, testing, and development of novel network technologies that provide value for the company.
• Identify technological gaps proactively, then jointly create and put into practise the best solutions.
• Establish explicit rules, policies, and processes for ensuring the data centre networks run smoothly and without errors.
• Using the reporting systems, maintain a daily work record and deliver concise, frequent project updates.
• Produce and keep up-to-date correct network documentation.
• Keep up with current network hardware for customers
