About the Role

PNB is on a mission to transform investment management through data and technology. As part of this strategic initiative, we are seeking a seasoned

IT Project Manager

to lead multiple high-impact investment-related projects, including the onboarding of a new

Investment Management Core System (ICMS)

and

Investment Data Warehouse (IDW)

.

This role demands a visionary leader who can drive execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of complex IT projects aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage and mentor project teams, including developers, testers, business users, and vendors Define project scope, success metrics, and roadmaps with clear milestones and resource plans Establish and enforce project management best practices and governance frameworks Monitor performance, provide coaching, and proactively manage risks and issues Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget optimization Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and executive leadership Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and change management Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics Minimum

15 years of professional experience

, with at least

10 years in project management

Experience in

data warehouse solutions

is a strong advantage Familiarity with

investment and market data

is highly desirable Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in complex environments Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
