Open Position: Senior IT Support Engineer (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently Senior IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications or any relevant experience.
- Project management and execution of ongoing support projects.
- Triage and multitask several IT support and delivery projects concurrently.
- Actively support customer\xe2\x80\x99s request and managing issues/escalations raised by customers globally.
- Having Network Certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network or etc would be an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
