Solve problems with various appliances and all essential office equipment including, but not limited to, desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors, printers, PABX, network, fax machines, scanners, copiers, telephones, face recognition machines, televisions, and any handheld devices.
Assisting with a wide range of issues, including connection problems, data access, network failures, poor computer performance and cloud migration.
Commissioning and installing upgrades, repairs, maintenance programmes and data transfers.
To provide daily monitoring and maintenance support for network, IT infrastructure, servers related equipment by troubleshooting, configuring, and installing hardware/software.
Identify IT risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the company\'s IT infrastructure.
Maintain a record of IT hardware assets and software licensing.
Close liaison with Authorized Service Partners to coordinate the set-up, installation, and maintenance.
To provide setups for all new employees before boarding which includes providing a procurement list for new purchases.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned and IT-related matters.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
With a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related field.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal, and analytical skills including able to work independently and results-oriented
Good attendance and punctuality record.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software support, printer setup, email systems, CCTV, network security, PABX, Microsoft, and Apple products.
Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking work.
