Your key missions include interpreting business requirements and further design, develop, and deliver software solutions that creates value to our customers. You will evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality as well as cultivating a positive engineering culture in the company! Job Responsibilities & Duties

- Define problem statements and propose solutions.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of system architecture.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers as required and provide necessary information.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer for development team on proposed solutions.
- Provide guidance to product and sales team on the feasibility, complexity of proposed feature.
- Ensure development team are well informed and supported through solution implementation, co-ordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawing, analysis, and other document.
- Provide guidance to team members as required and escalate issues which cannot be resolved.
- Keep project manager well informed of task accomplishments, issues, and status
- Design and lead the development of core features for enterprise level framework to meet the business and project needs.
- Have strong ownership and able to manage the team to meet the timelines.
- Conduct hands on coding, troubleshooting, and testing for complex modules with best programming practices.
- Take initiatives to introduce new practices and skills into the framework development.
- Coordinate and integrate different modules and components developed by different team.
- At least 6-8 years working within IT environments as a developer.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- A good understanding of architecture practices and standards, System design.
- Experience with a broad range of AWS or Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Experience with web and applications (mobile app experience a bonus).
