Roles and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze user requirements, existing and new business models and provide solutions by fine-tuning existing sub-systems or an existing functional areas of the systems and procedures. (10%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Design system and other delivererables aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality, evaluate and conduct cost effective solutions. (20%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate business requirement (BRD)/function specification (FS) to technical design requirements including test strategy and quality ensurance approach (40%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Test case/scenario, conduct system testing and implementation schedules (5%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze and solving technical problems comply with the applicable standards and guidelines (10%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist users to fully utilise the systems by providing training and clarification of problems (5%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Train junior staff on business and technical knowledge (10%) \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 University degree or above in IT or related disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 7 years experience in Java \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 software architect to design and develop enterprise web system \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled use of SSH, SSM, Springboot, Sprind Cloud and other lightweight framework. \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 RESTful interface design and development; \xe2\x80\xa2 4+ years WebSphere WAS/Tomcat/Apache/Ngnix and etc. experience; \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 database and SQL experience (e.g. DB2, Oracle and etc.); \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of software development cycles, tests methodologies, debugging strategies and risk management is mandatory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solving skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong insurance business background \xe2\x80\xa2 Team work spirit, Stable, Mature, Willing to take responsibility
