• Strong attention to detail, operational task management, and problem-solving ability required

• Propose and implement solutions/products using Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring, Python, and Shell Scripts
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues and offer suggestions based on deep technology understanding
• Propose optimized software architectures with suitable design patterns
• Support Technical Support Analysts extensively
• Collaborate with the front-end team to build high-performance and user-friendly web products
• Analyze client feedback and logs to identify root causes of issues
• Research current technology stacks to improve product performance and quality
• Document various technologies and knowledge for knowledge sharing
• Offer insights into database performance and stability

• Possession of Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, or Professional Certificates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, etc
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Shell Scripts
• Understanding and practical experience in Java-based web application development
• Strong Java skills with object-oriented design experience and knowledge of design patterns
• Preferred experience with Spring and Hibernate programming
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Knowledge of various source control tools
• Good understanding of microservices is advantageous
• Experience in database performance tuning and query enhancement is beneficial
• DevOps experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Billing/charging interface/API is advantageous
• Ability to work with customers, identify adoption barriers, and propose solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
