Job Description


:Our client is a tech start-up from China, and its regional office in Singapore is hiring remote engineers and technicians to support their projects.Responsibilities:

  • xefxbbxbfDesign, develop, and optimize back-end systems for mobile applications (Apps) and websites, ensuring efficient and reliable service support.
  • Participate in business requirements analysis and collaborate closely with product managers and front-end teams to provide technical solutions.
  • Design and implement high-performance, scalable back-end architectures, and optimize existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services based on frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Design and maintain database structures (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), optimize query performance, and ensure data consistency.
  • Integrate and manage third-party services such as payment gateways, message queues, and caching systems.
  • Build and maintain efficient APIs to ensure smooth data communication between front-end and back-end.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in the system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, optimize technical solutions, and contribute to team skill improvements.
Requirements:
  • xefxbbxbfBachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong foundation in Java and familiarity with Java 8+ features.
  • Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other mainstream frameworks; familiar with microservice architecture.
  • Skilled in database design and optimization, proficient in SQL query optimization, and familiar with NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and distributed system design and implementation.
  • Experienced in designing RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC is a plus.
  • Practical experience in front-end and back-end separation architecture, capable of efficiently supporting front-end requirements.
  • Familiar with Linux operating systems and capable of performing basic server maintenance operations.
  • Proficient in version control tools like Git and experienced with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, passion for technology, and willingness to learn new technologies continuously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-concurrency systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS, Aliyun, GCP) and related technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile application back-end development, including push notifications and payment integrations.
