Client: Malaysia leading fintech company

Location: Bangsar South

Working arrangement: No WFH Allowed but working flexibility

JD:

Oversee the continuous integration and development of backend applications. Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 5 developers to meet project goals and organizational objectives. Ensure optimal system performance, quality, and responsiveness. Maintain and enhance critical business modules to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Perform detailed system analysis and implement effective, long-term solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to uphold code quality and system reliability. Foster clear communication and strong collaboration within the development team and across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related issues. Assess and mitigate risks throughout the design and development stages. Design and implement scalable system architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. Propose and implement innovative solutions to support evolving business needs and enhance system efficiency. The duties and responsibilities outlined above may be revised, and the Employee may be assigned additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Certifications in Java, Cloud Computing, or relevant technologies will be an added advantage.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. Demonstrated experience in leading development teams or mentoring junior developers. Practical expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting within high-throughput systems. Experience in the fintech industry or with financial applications will be highly advantageous.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
