Job responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance and updates on Java-based applications to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Utilize the Spring framework to enhance application functionality and efficiency. Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions. Conduct thorough troubleshooting and debugging to address software defects and improve system reliability. Document maintenance activities and provide detailed reports to management. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.


Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Maintenance Engineer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Java programming and the Spring framework. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques. * Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to manage HQ and global stakeholders
