Job Description

Recruitment



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements on various platforms and screening resumes. Conducting initial interviews and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.

Payroll



Provide forecast and perform full payroll process. Submit the statutory contribution to official website.

Training and Development



Coordinate and manage training and development programs, identify skill gaps, schedule training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compliance and Legal



Ensure compliance with

labour laws

,

employment regulations

, health and safety standards, and

company policies

. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.

HR Reporting



Prepare detailed HR reports

, analytics, and presentations for management on key metrics like turnover rates, recruitment status, training outcomes, and employee engagement levels.

Requirements



Possess at least

Degree

certificate in human resource management, business management, and other related field

.

At least

3 years of experience

in human resource field. Must be detail orientated. Must be written and proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia

,

English

and

able to communicate in Mandarin.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
