Supervise the day-to-day upkeep and operations of the restaurants and facilities.
Carry out regular inspections on equipment, systems, and common areas to ensure proper functioning.
Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and improvement work with external vendors.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, faults, and emergencies to avoid disruption of operations.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Support in the preparation of annual maintenance budgets and monitor related expenses.
Manage vendor and contractor performance, including quotations, negotiations, and service quality.
Maintain proper documentation for maintenance works, inspection records, permits, and service contracts.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Promote energy efficiency and sustainable maintenance practices.
Oversee waste management and recycling efforts in line with environmental policies.
Report key maintenance issues, updates, and recommendations to the management.
Assist in renovation, upgrade, and improvement projects when required.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare monthly maintenance performance reports and updates for management review.
