Job Description


  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company\'s products
  • Establish yearly promotional plan in accordance to sales target allocated by company
  • Establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade expenses
  • Establish and execute to ensure right display planogram for each key account customers
  • Prepare and review regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Collaborates with Sales Operations and Marketing team in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for key accounts
  • Negotiate Yearly Trading Terms with customers whenever is raised
  • Holds quarterly sales review meetings with key chain customers
  • Minimize the return with right product mix and forecast allocation of supply,
  • Develop or open a new potential account for Key Accounts
