We are looking for a Senior KOL Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the key driver of our influencer partnerships, managing end-to-end KOL collaborations to strengthen our brand presence. You'll be the first touchpoint for KOLs and their managers, and play a critical role in building long-term, impactful relationships.

What You'll Do

Source, approach, and negotiate with suitable KOLs or their managers to drive impactful brand collaborations. Prepare, review, and manage agreements/contracts with KOLs, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding. Act as the primary contact point for KOLs and their managers, managing communications before, during, and after collaborations. Work closely with the the Marketing team, ensuring KOL activities align with brand direction, campaign objectives, and content quality. Build strong, sustainable relationships with KOLs to enhance long-term partnerships. Stay updated on market trends in Taiwan and the wider region to identify new collaboration opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or partnerships. Strong background in the beauty industry or prior experience in a KOL/influencer agency. Proven track record of negotiating, managing contracts, and building partnerships with influencers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in managing the Taiwan market and understanding local trends. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required to effectively support the Taiwan market. Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative team player.
