We are looking for a Senior L3 Support Engineer with deep expertise in SWIFT Solutions (AMH/AMG/SAG) to provide production support and maintenance in a secure and high-compliance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle Database, a strong understanding of financial message formats such as MTxxx and ISO20022, and be familiar with audit and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 support for SWIFT applications (AMH/AMG/SAG) in a 24/7 mission-critical financial environment.
Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and environment management for production systems.
Ensure compliance with security policies including encryption, two-factor/multi-factor authentication, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure smooth operations and deployments.
Monitor system performance and support disaster recovery procedures as required. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Mandatory Hands-on experience with SWIFT Solutions: , SAG (Secure Access Gateway) Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 19c Experience in high-security environments (e.g., financial institutions) Familiarity with audit processes, encryption standards, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) Knowledge of SWIFT message formats: MTxxx and ISO20022Nice-to-Have Java Spring Boot development exposure Shell scripting for automation and support tasks Experience with JBoss (Application Server) and Apache (Web Server) Prior exposure to Citrix environment.
