Job Description

What You'll Do:

Ensure all the landscape maintenance staff and contractor are practicing the proper horticultural, housekeeping and safety measures in maintaining the landscape. Monitor and ensure all landscape staff and contractor are working according to predetermine working schedule. Check and verify contractor's Daily Work Record Sheet. Ensure all the landscape area are well maintained, tidy and clean which governs the landscape, housekeeping, grass cutting, walkway, dustbin, pergola & aquatic plants. Provide advisory services on landscape to other department namely, to the Property Manager. Propose landscape design for upgrading or enhancement jobs as and when necessary. Ensure the streetscape and park soft landscape is not hazard to the traffic users and park visitors.

What We're Looking For:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agriculture, Horticulture or equivalent. Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the related field. Knowledge in Property Development or Township Development would be an added advantage. Good understanding of property / township development lifecycle and foundational commercial concepts in Landscape. Knowledge of Landscape market exercise and trend moving forward. Organized, disciplined, highly motivated, proactive and a team player. Good communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people. Hands on experience, skills and practices in Horticulturist, plant species, site work arrangement and documentations.
