Key Responsibilities
For
Senior BA
Lead requirement-gathering workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Validate deliverables from junior analysts and ensure requirement traceability.
Collaborate with technical teams to align business requirements with solutions.
Support change management and user adoption.
For
Lead BA
Partner with executives to align business requirements with strategic objectives.
Prioritize, approve, and govern requirements across multiple projects.
Establish and refine business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
Mentor and coach Business Analysts across the team.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on subsidy, loyalty, and fintech programs.
Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of BA deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Senior BA:
3-6 years of BA experience, ideally in fintech, fuel, retail, or e-commerce.
Lead BA:
6-8+ years of BA experience, including mentoring or team leadership.
Strong understanding of
business process modeling, requirement management, and solution scoping
.
Excellent
stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication
skills.
Familiarity with
digital payments, loyalty platforms, or subsidy programs
is a strong plus.
