Experience in product testing, certification. . Experience as a team leader . Knowledge on architecture design, schematics, high speed PCB layout, EMC standards . Familiar with EDA tools such as OrCAD, Concept HDL, Allegro etc. . Good communication skills, English language proficiency . Team worker and leadership Job Responsibilities : . Taking the role of Hardware Design of communication product like Switch, Router, . Access Server, SDH/SONET ADM etc. based on different solutions or platforms . Converting customer requirements into detailed technical specifications, driving . design proposal preparation. . Evaluating chipsets, solutions, and reference designs based on cost, performance and time to market, including hardware and software aspects . Monitoring market developments, new features, devices, costs on a continuous basis . Developing detailed system architecture (block diagram, component selection, hardware/software interface) . Implement detail product HW design, support other design aspects like PCB, Mechanical, SW etc. .
