Project:
Digital transformation to revamp the platforms and introducing up to date of best tech practices, processes and culture.
Centralizing all systems from different countries to be real time into a 1 huge ecosystem.
3 main teams (Front office, trading platform, core back end). You will be part of the core back end team (8/9 members) which is the most crucial/important among the 3 teams with a team strength of 40+ Engineers.
Responsibilities:
Implement and develop the best software practices, frameworks and architecture.
Able to analyze business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for improvement.
Strategic planning, decision making, leadership experience (have experience leading a small team) and will be taking some leadership experience from the lead as well.
Reports to the Development Lead from the core back end team based in Singapore
