Oversee overall restaurant operations across assigned outlets to ensure consistency in service, quality, and performance.
Lead, guide, and support Outlet Managers and Supervisors in achieving operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labour cost, and wastage, taking corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards at all outlets.
Conduct regular audits, site visits, and performance reviews for each outlet.
Identify training needs and work with HR to develop and strengthen outlet leadership teams.
Manage manpower planning, succession planning, and disciplinary matters when required.
Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, menu updates, and operational improvements.
Handle escalated customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in multi-outlet or senior F&B management.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
Good knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and business analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced operational demands.
