The School of Sustainable Supply Chain & Logistics at Malaysia University of Science and Technology is seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior Lecturer

to join our dynamic academic team. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and industry engagement in the areas of supply chain management, logistics, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in supply chain management, logistics, and sustainability-related modules. Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses. Engage in impactful research and contribute to publications in reputable journals. Build strong industry linkages and participate in consultancy, training, and professional development activities. Contribute to curriculum design, programme development, and accreditation processes. Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.

Requirements:

A PhD in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and learning at higher education level. Strong research profile with evidence of publications in peer-reviewed journals. Experience in supervising postgraduate research is highly desirable. Industry experience or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CILT, Lean Six Sigma) will be an added advantage. Commitment to advancing sustainable practices within the field of supply chain and logistics.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
