Responsibilities
-Mergers & Acquisitions: Legal due diligence, SPA for shares, business/assets, joint ventures (incorporated & unincorporated)
-Commercial Contracts: Drafting & reviewing distribution, supply, manufacturing, service & agency agreements
-Corporate Real Estate: Transactions involving land for development, hotels, and commercial buildings
Requirements
-5 to 10 years of relevant corporate legal experience
-Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision
-Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and hands-on
-Strong drafting skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively
