Job Description

Senior Associate is working as a proficient and well-integrated part of the team reporting to Head of Department and along with carrying out regular tasks associated with responsibilities of specific sector, Senior Associate tasks will include research, reviewing and monitoring current processes, drafts, policies and applicable regulation and providing recommendations to enhance company processes, policies and procedures. Has s strong knowledge and recognized set of skills applied in managing tasks

• Manages more complex tasks/contracts that fall under the assigned sector.
• Proficient in the assigned area but has responsibility over matters falling outside the assigned area, such as projects, collaboration in mission teams and similar.
• Handles specific initiatives or parts of key projects/areas of work under assigned sector or the Legal department.
• Working independently or under minimum supervision on more complex agreements, cases, projects, and various administrative tasks where assistance to other close related departments is needed.
• Mentors Associates.
• Monitors the fulfillment of individual Associate responsibilities, sector related strategy and initiatives and suggests the necessary steps to ensure timely implementation.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law
• Advanced Internal tools knowledge
• Telecommunication industry understanding will be an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of internal processes and procedures
• Basic Infobip products knowledge and market position
• Communication skills and Analytical thinking
• Problem solving.
• Strong work ethic dedicated and efficient in handling appointed assignments, good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment, solution oriented, showing initiative in taking assignments, self-driven and eager in communicating ideas.
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required
