• Good drafting skills and excellent understanding and grasp of legal knowledge

• Legal Counsel: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of complex legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and estate matters.
• Case Management: Manage a portfolio of legal cases from inception to resolution, including drafting contracts and conducting legal research.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, addressing their legal needs, and providing strategic advice to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team paralegals, and support staff. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal opinions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
