Responsibilities
1)Preparing, reviewing and drafting court documents.
2)Attending Court for case management, mediation, Hearings, Trials, etc.
3)Attending to clients and other work assigned by the firm from time to time.
4) Based in KL or Penang
Requirements
1)Possess at least 5 years PQE with civil litigation experience.
2)Added advantage for candidates with experience in handling appellate Court matters.
3)Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and are qualified to practice law.
4)Good interpersonal, communication and management skills with a high level of integrity.
5)Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
6)Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7) Able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
