To ensure that all Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documents are dispatched to their respective destination in time.
To liaise with the government sectors to ensure that all latest development experience or information are updated.
To apply and renew necessary custom and government required documents such custom bond, sub-contract and import license.
To file for insurance claim should there be any claim arises.
To liaise with MICCI should there be any buyer in need of certificate of origin.
To liaise with Bank Negara with regard to the KPWX issue.
To monitor and evaluate the present services, reliability and rates of the freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport companies.
To coordinate and liaise with other departments on related matters and mutual understanding.
Plan for weekly shipping export schedule and arrange the weekly export according to the planner delivery date.
Responsible for customer returned goods at ex-factory.
Liaise and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders dan transportation company regarding export shipment.
Confirm and liaise with the Planner on the export shipping schedule and the ex-factory if the need arises.
Complying with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as regulations, guidelines, codes of practices and other requirements
Review the effectiveness of risk assessment and risk control with advice from ESH.
Collaborate with ESH to conduct accident investigations by 4M (man, machine, media & management) and take actions by 4E (education, engineering, environment & enforcement). 18) Immediately report to SHEC Chairman, SHO and ESH Officers for any accident, incident, dangerous occurrences, poisonous. Preliminary investigation reported within 24 hours.
Determined the needs and expectation of related interested party concern relevant to environmental issues.
Review the effectiveness of Environment programmers, risk risk assessment and risk control.
Evaluation process of Env Aspect of its activities, product and services that it can control and those that it can influence, and their associated env impact include Life cycle perspective.
Communicate with Complying with Env objective and set a target by established the plan-do-check-at (PDCA) and evaluate the achievement consistent with Env Policy.
Assist in the development and promotion of env rules system of work such as and safety data sheet.
Conduct accident non-conformance by 4M (man, machine, media & management) and take actions by with Statutory and Regulator
Provide ecofriendly product and services that can contribute to realizing sustainable societies.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field
Proven experience of at least 5 years in logistics and export operation, with a strong focus on documentation, compliance and coordination
Familiarity with International trade regulations, Free Trade Agreement (FTAs) and custom procedures
Experience in liaising with government authorities and relevant agencies for trade-related matters
Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards and practices in logistics operation
