About the job Senior Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely material movement.
  • Oversee documentation, customs processes, and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure logistics operations comply with industry standards and company policies.
  • Support urgent mobilization needs for projects and operations.
  • Provide input into logistics planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or SPM (or equivalent).
  • Experience requirement:
  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in logistics, marine, or warehousing with a diploma, OR
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in logistics or warehousing with an SPM certificate.
  • Experience must be within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems and processes is an advantage.
