About the job Senior Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities.
Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely material movement.
Oversee documentation, customs processes, and inventory tracking.
Ensure logistics operations comply with industry standards and company policies.
Support urgent mobilization needs for projects and operations.
Provide input into logistics planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or SPM (or equivalent).
Experience requirement:

At least three (3) years of relevant experience in logistics, marine, or warehousing with a diploma, OR
At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in logistics or warehousing with an SPM certificate.
Experience must be within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics systems and processes is an advantage.
